KENNEBEC SAVINGS BANK PROMOTES LOCAL RESIDENT

 JANUARY, 2008: AUGUSTA, ME - Andrew E. Silsby, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Kennebec Savings Bank, recently announced the promotion of Kelley J. Madore to Assistant Vice President and Operations Officer.

Kelley comes to this position with over 20 years of banking experience, and became part of the Kennebec Savings Bank family in 2000, when she was hired as head teller. 

Mr. Silsby said of the promotion, “Kelley joined us seven years ago, and has continually proven herself to be an invaluable part of our team.  Her experience, tenacity, and willingness to go the extra mile are impressive.  It is a pleasure to have her on our management team.”

A graduate of Waterville High School, Ms. Madore received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Maine.  Kelley and her husband, Mike, live in Waterville.  The couple has two children, Myles and Ethan.
