KENNEBEC SAVINGS BANK PROMOTES LOCAL RESIDENT
Mark L. Johnston, President and CEO of Kennebec Savings Bank, recently announced the promotion of Erin N. Bechard to Assistant Vice President & Compliance Officer. Ms. Bechard is employed at the Bank’s main office on 150 State Street in Augusta.
Ms. Bechard has been part of the Kennebec Savings Bank family since 1999, where she began as a summer teller. She is a graduate of Connecticut College and holds a B.A. in Economics and German Studies; she also studied abroad at Albert-Ludwigs-Universitat in Freiburg, Germany. Bechard held two internships during her stay in Germany, including one at Commerzbank in Heidelberg. In addition, Erin is a graduate of the Kennebec Leadership Institute (XIX Class) and resides in Augusta.
“Erin has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to KSB,” said Johnston of the promotion. “ We are in very capable hands with Erin’s commitment and security and compliance knowledge.”
