When you need to make a stop payment request, you can do so conveniently online. With the Stop Payment feature, you have the option to perform a stop payment on one or multiple checks. Standard stop payment fees apply.

Select the Stop Payment button from the Register screen, and then click Add Stop Payment on the proceeding screen.

Select the account number and other requested information. Click Continue to submit the request.

 

NOTE: If the system finds a matching item already posted to your account, you will not be allowed to make this request online. Click Cancel and you will return to the Register screen.
