Once your enrollment is completed, enter your new Sign-On ID and Password and click the Sign-On button. You’ll be prompted with an email validation form where we will ask you for your active email address (where you would like us to send your unique matrix of numbers). Once you confirm your email address for accuracy, your unique matrix will be sent directly to that email address. Be sure to print and store it where it is secure, but accessible (you may wish to print multiple copies). You will need the matrix the next time you sign on to Internet Banking, and for each time you sign on in the future.
Each time you access your Internet Banking account, you will be asked for a different number combination from the matrix. Using the matrix is much like finding an area on a road map. For example, if one of the three two-factor coordinates is H1, the correct number would be found where Row 1 meets Column H which is 5.
